How to fix Dyson V6 battery with red-light flashing: DIY BMS PCB replacement

Here is my DIY video for a Dyson V6 Motorhead Cordless battery, which I purchased two years ago. The battery is only 1.5 years old, so it should be very healthy. Somehow the battery management system (BMS) of Dyson was locked. There was no way I can find how to reset the BMS. Therefore I purchased a third-party BMS PCB made in China, which I believe working better than the Dyson OEM PCB. 

Very strange. I hope Dyson is not making money from replacement battery. They are a vacuum company, not a battery company.
